# Blocked ports (VPS/VDS)

For security reasons, a number of ports frequently used by attackers are blocked on all virtual servers (VPS/VDS).

Incoming and outgoing traffic is restricted for TCP/UDP ports **17, 111, 135, 137, 138, 139, 389, 427, 445, 520, 1900, 3702, 11211**\

Outgoing traffic is restricted for TCP/UDP ports **25, 465**

## Unblocking ports 25, 465

These ports can be unblocked upon request. To do so, please [contact support](https://wiki.spacecore.pro/en/customer-service/how-to-contact-support?fallback=true). Please note that each request is considered on an individual basis. Staff reserve the right to request verification.
